Send an offer not clickable
 
 
 
 
After the newest update, When eBay show me I can send an offer to a buyer it won't let me click on it. It is 'washed out'. The only way I found I can over come it is by clicking on 'filter' then clicking on 'send an offer' then clicking 'show'. Only then will the send an offer item will become clickable. I've recorded my screen showing that.
