SELLING OVERVIEW COUNT WRONG
Please be sure to check your selling overview count under selling promotions, mine is wrong. I just listed my 250 free listings for the month, and it's telling me I still have one left. I waited a few days to see if it would correct itself, but it hasn't. If I were to believe this, I would get charged .35 for a listing over my 250 free listings for the month.

·8 months agoSame thing happened to me and contacted CS and one of the CS suggested to go to my seller hub and go to Overview> Promotional Offers and you can see how many your items were renewed (Used) and how many I still have for the 250 free listing. If want to check the Dec/1/25-Dec/31/25, I can see by click View expired offers. So, I went to the December listed record and downloaded the all 250 items because while I just listed 244 items, I was charged 4 extra ($1.20) for December.
Then, I found that the 9 items were double charged. So, counted as 18 items. So, the 4 extra charges were came from the double counted items.
I contacted CS but unfortunately, they didn't understand what I was asking. I used 3-4 hours and 4 CS. one of them told that I have to contact the eBay IT team but how? I asked to see my December listing by download but he didn't know what to do. One of the CS promised the refund for the December period but
never done.
Now, I download this month's (January/2026) listing every 2-3 days and checking if any double counted. So far, I found 1 item was counted double already. I checked the listing and I never relisted the item and didn't do anything. The item is End date 2/1/2026. SO, It was renewed on 1/1/2026. Then, why it was counted double???
