Seller Performance - Unresolved Claims
I am a seller. 3 claims are showing unresolved, yet I issued a refund to each of the buyers. This is negatively impacting my EBAY seller performance and my sales have dropped dramatically.

·2 months agoAnother nuance to this situation that might apply. The refund has to occur through the claim process (return, INR, NAD, etc) You just don't refund from the sale data.

·2 months agoIf Ebay stepped in and issued the refunds on your behalf, these are unresolved claims, you did not resolve them. Since these metrics are automated, I suspect this is probably the case.
