Seller Notifications Are No Longer Sent
Summary: artmechanix reports they are not receiving emails about Best Offers or Buyer inquiries on their items despite not changing any settings. They are still getting other types of emails and have checked spam folders without finding missing notifications. They have resorted to checking eBay manually to ensure they don't miss any important updates.
I've been noticing that I'm no longer receiving emails about Best Offers or Buyer inquiries on my items. I was receiving these just fine the last time I sold anything and I've not changed any settings. I've double checked all of my Communications settings and don't see anything that would impact it. I've also checked Spam and Junk folders and nothing is there. What I am still receiving are emails when I've listed an item, when I've ended an auction, emails pertaining to me as buyer, and general eBay marketing emails. For now, I've needed to manually check eBay more often to make sure I'm not missing anything.

·3 weeks agoOver the years there have been a variety of ISP and email providers who have stopped working with Ebay.
If you cannot get a response to a case from Ebay, consider changing the email provider you use for your Ebay account.
