Seller Hub Missing most of the time

On one of our accounts the Seller Hub is missing most of the time.
It just comes and goes randomly.
It is not the browser or the cache, it is eBay loading.
That same account is seeing the negative feedback jump on and off the 30 day for 2 months now as well.
It seems like an account level glitch.

OP1 month agoAnother thing I have noticed on the glitched account, "with questions" is MISSING "Mark as answered".
I am unable to mark anything answered.

Any difference if you hold down the shift key and refresh the page?
Or if you temporarily disable add-ons like ad blockers?
Or if you try a different browser?

OP1 month agoIt is not me.
I did a career in tech support so i hard refreshed first obviously and tried private mode and another browser.
It is only one of 4 accounts.
Hard Refresh is Cntrl by the way. Maybe Shift on a Mac? Unknown to me.
It is just random, sometimes it loads but almost all the time it does not.
Some days it loads more than others.
Today for example it is loading mostly and I did nothing except wake up and check.
But now the 3 month old Neg is showing as last 30 days again. This is also random back and forth.
Advertising dash is still wrecked by it.
Canceled my free promoted offsite credits because of it.
If I can't track it what is the point.

OP1 month agoI take it back, it is back to not loading not even 4 refreshes after I said it is working today.
