Seller "Header" Missing Since January 2025
I've noticed since January 2025 that when I open one of my listings, the Header appears for a few seconds and disappears. I thought it was a glitch (I also thought I reported it)...but it never was fixed.
I just noticed on my husband's eBay account that he has the Header, and it doesn't disappear.
I am including screenshots of what I see/what disappears. I used this all the time to "sell similar" or figure out when I listed something, and I'm hoping the glitch is fixed soon.

·1 year agoInteresting - it appears, then disappears? I haven't heard of that happening and when I check my listings the header is there.
Are you using a different computer than your husband and/or different browser?
I'm thinking maybe there is something in your browser settings or ad blocker extension causing this. I can see you do have an ad blocker active.

OP1 year agoYes--it appears and then disappears.
My husband and I both use Chromebooks (I'm not sure if he has an ad blocker, but you're correct--I do), and I have a laptop in the basement we use for shipping...my header disappears there, too.
I haven't checked his account on the laptop to see if that header disappears.

·1 year agoTry temporarily disabling your ad blocker to see if that causes the header to appear again.
If you use custom ad blocking rules, perhaps one is blocking that header.
If you are unable to isolate a particular rule causing the issue, try using a different browser with no ad blocker enabled when you need to use that header in your listings.

OP1 year agoThank you! I just rebooted my computer after disabling the ad blocker and the issue has been resolved.
Thanks so much! It's really been a PITA not to have that header for months! I kept thinking the problem would resolve itself!

It might be worth trying a different ad blocker to see if you can still block ads and see the header at the same time.

OP1 year agoI just turned off my ad blocker, and it's still happening...this is an item I just sold.
After about 1-2 seconds, it disappears.

·1 year agoA page element appearing and then immediately disappearing is often due to something like an ad blocker kicking in once the page has fully loaded; not sure what else might cause that beyond some very odd page-format issues. Is it possible you have more than one ad blocker installed in that browser?
