Seller agreed to REFUND although listed as NO REFUND, he's unable to revise option to refund item
There's issues with this unit - originally it would not open the tray - after letting it warm up it worked for a bit than after tray opening seemed to heal itself, loading a CD, "No Disc" was displayed -
I'm playing Amazon Purchased Mark Knopfler & Pink Floyd Live CD's - nothing homemade which could have code issues. Today it's playing intermittently and back to not loading discs. It's misbehaved both having been on for several hours or a cold start up. It's best this unit is returned for a refund.
Selecting the Refund request becomes blocked from completing due to item listed as NO REFUND, seller has agreed to REFUND, page becomes frozen due to unable to edit item listing - WHO CAN HELP WITH THIS, HOW DO I CONTACT A HUMAN, - : ( NOT A AUTOMATED DEAD END . . .

I assume that you're talking about a CD player, right? It doesn't look like the seller has left feedback for this, so I can't identify which item you're asking about. Please share the item number, so we can take a look.
As @mtgraves7984 said, you should be able to start a return request with the reason "Item is defective". That is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, which over-rides the seller's return policy. The seller should not be able to prevent you from starting a return for this reason, you should not have a problem doing that.
So we need to look at the listing to see if something else is going on.

@jilut-9
Find the item in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button and cite that it doesn't match description/photos. Your seller will then be able to issue you a return shipping label or a refund (without requiring a return) through the open case.
The system is automated... you shouldn't need a human. Good luck.
