Seller Account Restricted Out of Nowhere - System Glitch with "Add Tracking"?
This morning, my seller account was restricted out of nowhere. I had stellar metrics, and all my recent sales were shipped
The red banner says: "Your seller account is restricted. Resolve open issues to avoid further account restrictions."
The Glitch: No Orders, Still Asking for Tracking
When I click on the link to resolve the issue, it repeatedly takes me to a page asking me to "Add tracking to shipments."

·5 months agoAs has already been said this was all sketchy as all get out. 3 listing selling at $1 each to the same person. Yeah you got caught and now ruined your eBay selling career.

·5 months agoI'm glad when ebay sees, catches and restricts some sellers early in their selling career.

·5 months agowhat did you expect when you posted this? Obviously your items and sales are fake, so why did you think posting your store here would help? Was this some sort of test to see if you could generate traffic to your store? I don't get it.....good luck with whatever you were trying to do

·5 months agoIt's very obvious looking at the 'images' and your listings that they were listed as a joke and a mate's left you feedback.
Now you're suffering the consequences!

·5 months ago"Stellar" metrics?
You don't have enough ended listings at this point, nor has adequate time passed, to calculate metrics much less claim that they are "stellar" - I am not being rude, but honest - you have 3 ended listings at $1 each, from May 6th - and it is May 10th.
You have received 3 total feedback ratings from the same buyer.
This is suspicious even as an observer. I can only imagine what eBay can see on the back end.
You are a new seller and all new sellers have account restrictions. When you utilize local pickup you must follow the protocol for local pickup if you do not have tracking.
Proof of pickup is required to protect you against item not received cases.
For proof of pickup you can:
To scan the QR code:
If the buyer doesn't have the QR code available, ask them for the 6-digit code they received through email and manually enter it in My eBay or Seller Hub.
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/local-pickup?id=4181
In the meantime, you'll have to do what the rest of us have had to do:
Understand the seller agreement.
Follow the rules.
Build your reputation through honest engagement.

Local pick up?
All he same buyer?
All a $1 each?
Looks a little fishy and Ebay probably thinks so also.
