·1 year agoHaving the same problem. The suggested work around is a waste of time for me since I have to add so many item specifics. Hitting sell similar on another seller item also does me no good because I have to reenter all of the item specifics. Neither does trying to sort through 2400+ items in my active listings. Two days wasted when i had a pile of items tested, cleaned, pictured and ready to rock. At least those 120 ads for items from my competitors stills show up on every listing I have.

·1 year agoI have the same issues. Thankfully, the going into your active listings from your seller hub & then selling similar from my items path is still available. After I click the sell similar, I also need to save it as a draft & then open the draft to finalize the new listing from one of my sell similar listings. ðŸ˜âœŒï¸ðŸ˜Ž

·1 year agoAdding another option for sellers that don't want to go into My eBay or Seller Hub active listings pages to sell similar:
On your listing below the photos there's a "sell one like this" link that's available to all sellers. You guys can use that instead of the link typically found in that actions banner at the top. It'll create the same results right from the listing page.

·1 year agoBeen this way for days. Fixed for some of us (mine are) as of today, so patience, it will come back.
As stated by @kensgiftshop it is NOT time consuming (and probably faster) to just find an item in Seller Hub/Active Listings and click 'sell similar' off to the left of any one of your items. Much faster than 'finding the item, clicking the item to then click the 'sell similar'.

·1 year agoNot in many cases. I just came across the same bug. After I listed an item, I realized I forgot to crop a photo. Normally I just click on "view listing" and then click on "edit" in the heading. Instead, I had to go to active listings to get to edit. It's only something I need randomly but if you use this often, the work around is cumbersome and slow. For instance, my employees are working on inventory reconciliation this month, as we do every January, and for editing purposes on the fly, this is a huge issue.

·1 year agothat makes no sense. How did you 'get to the item' to click 'view listing'??

·1 year agocalled Ebay today regarding the same issue. Extremely annoying. Was told it's a sitewide issue and the reason was 'updates'. When pressed for a time period as to when it would be fixed, I was told 'hours' with a refusal to be exact. I depend on these features so it's incredible. Will probably need to keep calling Customer Service and getting nowhere.

·1 year agoWhy not update the listings through the Active Listings page in the Seller Hub?
