Selecting Buy It Now or changing to Flat Rate Shipping not working properly | Report eBay Technical Issues

When I try to switch listing type or shipping cost type, the system puts me back to the top of the listing and adds a massive white space above the listing. Every time I select one of these options, it happens again. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks!
