SEARCHING PURCHASE HISTORY
I needed to locate a purchase some years old. I searched the manufacturer name in annual histories; the results were zero. I found the record in my saved emails and resolved my issue.
I am wondering why Ebay search didn't find manufacturer name in the item title. FYI the title had several words and the manufacturer name had other words before and after. What search criteria must be used to locate an item?

·5 months agoHow many years ago? I seem to be able to search my Purchase History back to about 2017 or so.
Does that item appear if you search using other keywords?

·5 months agoThe seller may no longer be registered or has no current listings using that information if you were searching the listings. Listings can only be search for the past 90 days.

·5 months agoListings are available for ninety days after ending.
Purchase History can be searched by keyword as far back as 2017 to see order details, though. It is possible that the search is not finding every purchase between now and then, but I can see results for items I have purchased at least that far back.
