Same here, when viewing from a PC. The eBay app is ever so slightly better, in that it will return results if I search our Active listings from the Selling menu. But it will only return a result if the word I am searching for is in the title. If it is in any of the Item Specifics fields, no results...
The Search menu on the app doesn't work, so it is performing the same as the website searches and searches in our store. (ie- it is not working either...)
eBay knows we have items listed, because both the app and the website give a total of the items that should be appearing in our store (1K according to the app and 1,300+ according to the website).
I hope this isn't the result of eBay performing updates in the middle of the day on a Monday. Middle of the day is bad for all updates. Monday is the worst day of the week to find things aren't working...
This is a pretty big deal. If we can't find our listings, buyers can't either. Doesn't help the bottom line to suddenly be getting no sales...
Not so much Ebay but search items is having issues. If you review this forum technical issue page and other forums you will notice multiple threads about this issue.
