Search Feature
Can the search feature be less exact? When you have a listing with any special characters you have to search with those exact characters to find the item. Example: If you have a listing with KÜHL in the title and you search your listings it won't appear if you just search Kuhl.

If you are listing such items, you may want to include both versions of the term in your listing. Perhaps one version in the title, and the other version in the item-specifics. That way a search for either term will find your listing.
If you are searching, try searching each way to be sure to see all results. I get 1700 results for KÜHL and 64,000 results for KUHL.

·1 year agoMy standard practice is to leave it out of the title, but use it in the item specifics and description.

·1 year agoIt's better to leave the umlaut out of the title, even if it's the proper spelling. eBay advises omitting special characters from titles to help with search.
