Sales Notification not being emailed by eBay

A recent Sales notification has not been emailed to me. How can this be? I won't even mention some of the other eBay glitchy-ness that has been going on recently. I have sales coming in regularly (Multiple a day), so this really stands out as odd. No, it's not in Spam, and none have ever gone there in the past two decades. The Buyers name, nor the order number even come up in an email search. It was never sent by eBay.
Is this the best place to report issues like this? Does eBay read everything that comes in here? I tried the 'Contact us' route, but none of the "Choose a topic" fit this situation. If I click "Contact us" > "Selling" > and all of the choices from there are for newbies. Like "Do you want to learn how to create a listing?"
Has anyone else had this issue recently?

I check the Seller Hub multiple times a day.
