Sale Events not working correctly

Normally, they copy the last sale event and adjust items, but recently it incorrectly identifies many items as already discounted, skipping them in new events. This issue started last week and I paid little attention to it but this week it's worse. When I create a sale event I usually copy my last event and maybe adjust the discount percentage on a weekly basis or even add items etc. Normally I copy my last sale event and it pulls in all my items that were previously there. Well last week and this week it seems to think many of my items are already discounted even though the sale event has ended. So it skips them in the new sale event. Some items go through as normal but this most didn't. And last week a few got skipped as well but nearly as many as this week. I assume this has to do with all the other listing glitches going on but thought I should post it here in case no one else has mentioned it yet. It's really messing with my business model. Seems I can't do anything about it. I can't make ebay see that my items are, in fact, not already discounted.
