Right hand column disappearing on listing pages after a few seconds.
When I open listings that have the New 2 column format, the right hand one with the MBG box and Seller info box disappears after a few seconds. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I use Windows 10, which is up to date. I use Microsoft edge, and Fire Fox both up to date.
At first since there were no reports of others having the problem, I thought it was just me, but in the last few days, there have been several topics posted on the same subject. I will now suggest to those people to reply to this thread.
Before suggestions start coming in, here are the actions I have already taken:
1) I have cleared my temporary internet files and cookie cache, and restarted my device.
2) I checked the settings on my Malware and Windows Defenders, even making some adjustments.
3) I have switched browsers, and even gone from Google to Bing after making sure that recent updates have not had comments about them causing problems on other platforms.
4) I have refreshed the page and sometimes after 3-4 tries the column sticks.
I am now beginning to think that the new View Page format has a glitch in it.

·2 years ago08/09/2023 11:30am The right-hand column is now staying in place when I pull up a listing. It is now staying in place whether I pull up a listing from the "Search for Anything" page, or from My eBay "Watchlist".
