Return function is down
I received a return back today and keep getting error messages saying "it's not you, it's us". It's been hours now and I'm unable to go into the return let alone issue a refund.

·4 months agoFirst it was viewing and printing shipping labels, now it's technical issues with returns. eBay is on a roll today..

·4 months agoI have been dealing with the same issue for the last few hours as well. Tried on my desktop and mobile and receiving the same error message.

·4 months agoTry a different browser to rule out a browser issue. Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account.
Try a different link to rule out a bad link.

If that does not help, wait a bit and try again.

OP4 months agoI've tried 3 different browsers and mobile. All are down.

·4 months agoI'm experiencing the same thing. I received a notification that my return was delivered. When I click on return details, it gives an error message. Can't view the return and can't refund the buyer.

OP4 months agoI'm guessing it's a site issue then. I contacted customer service on Instagram but they are slow to respond. Hopefully they get it back up and running. Glad it's not just my account.
