Resume draft error: Well, this is embarrassing. We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working...

For the last few days I've been getting this message "Well, this is embarrassing. We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second..." when trying to complete some of my saved drafts. I've tried to copy the draft and get this message "Something went wrong. Please try again." The oldest draft is from 3/15 so they aren't "expiring soon". Is there any way I can recover those drafts?

Hello @grumpyg, @drcarparts, & @1999pamela. There is currently an active site issue (ALERT14585) out for this. Due to the information that is needed for the ticket, please reach out to our customer service agents so they can add you all to the ticket. I will get this added to the tech board as well.

Hey elizabeth, if your still with ebay can you alert up to tech team? I am getting this issue on 21 of my 50 drafts almost 3 years later of your post here and still appears to be an issue....

I have 250 drafts that I can not access. I get the same error message. Several calls to ebay customer service. I am told they are working on it, and that they have had numerious calls regarding this issue. It will be devastating to loose over a months worth of work.

We have encountered this error off and on for what seems like a couple years at this point. Running into right now and it is really wasting time and costing money. Unfortunately I have never been able to recover the drafts and was forced to start from scratch. At the moment cannot list new items at all, regardless of "method".

Thanks drcarparts for your reply. I guess I'll stop waiting for my saved drafts to magically get fixed and get back to work making the same listings again!
