restart on Ebay. Have been on this site for may years, until VIRUS! Removed virus, want to go on.
Have been identifying "tall buildings/residental buildings etc . Can't start listing. Up until VIRUS have gotten best feedback. Please call ...help needed. Thanks

·3 years agoIf you are using an old bookmark, try going directly to the main ebay.com page and sign in there instead.
Some other things to try:
Try another browser or the eBay app. Preferably the latest version of a popular browser. If you are using popup blockers, script blockers or tracking protection, try disabling those on the sign-in or verification page.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling that.
If you are using privacy software like Disconnect or Ghostery, try disabling that.
You may be able to avoid the verification loop by signing in using a social media account instead of using your username and password, if you have a social media account linked to your eBay account.

·3 years agoNo on here can call you. No one here works for eBay. This is not corporate eBay, or eBay customer service.
Capcha does time out, allowing you only "X" amount of time or "X" number of tries. Close the page, and then try again. If that doesn't work, close your browser, re-open it, and try again. Be sure your browser is updated to the latest version. Be sure you don't have browser add-ons or extensions that might interfere with Capcha. If none of that works, close your browser, clear and cache and cookies, and try again. After that, you're on your own.
Of course, if you know you have a virus that is causing the problem, remove the virus using whatever anti-virus software you have.
