Request for restoration of the Orders tab on the eBay US site
Currently, the “My eBay → Selling → Seller Hub → Orders” tabs are not loading at all on the eBay US site.
We are using Google Chrome on a Windows desktop.
We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issu

·6 months agoDont worry, you arent the only one. Check the most recent posts. All sellers are having this issue.
EDIT: If you click on the "Shipping Labels" tab under "Orders" that page brings up an error stating eBays servers are down. All other tabs arent bringing up anything.

Even though we cant access orders at the moment, I have noticed you can still contact buyers to inform them of these issues. If you go here: https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true you should be able to see your orders. While the orders pages dont work, you can click the buyers username and then on the next page click "contact". If the link above doesnt work for you, try clicking "payments" on the seller hub, then when that page loads click "See all" next to recent activity, it will pull up the same page.
