Repeated account restrictions from Promoted Listings negative balance, tracking info — anyone else?
Above Standard seller, $12K+ sales, 60 reviews, auto parts. Restricted 4-5 times in 3 months — each time tied to Promoted Listings fee hitting as negative balance before payout clears, instead of netting from the sale.
Also seeing bulk orders (3+ units) occasionally miss my 4-day tracking window.
Questions:
Anyone else had Promoted Listings fees post as negative balance before payout?
Do bulk-order sellers run a separate, longer handling time policy to avoid this?
Appreciate any input from sellers who've dealt with this.
