Removed Unpaid Item Strike - Still Not Able to Bid on Sellers who Prohibit Them

I have tried to combine shipping with sellers several times over the years. Some sellers gladly say they will wait for me to bid on multiple items ~ then their settings automatically cancel my first order after a few days, before I can bid on the second item, and so I get an undeserved "Unpaid item strike". I called ebay and had these removed twice. Both times I was still never able to bid again on any sellers who have settings preventing bids from buyers with "unpaid item strikes." This is SO frustrating, as I never did anything wrong, and ebay assured me they correct the problem ~ they don't.

This is a seller issue not an eBay issue.

The seller controls the timing of non-payment strikes, even if they have turned on the automatic system they can also exempt specific buyers so that your situation does not happen.

eBay provides the tools, sellers have to use them, as a buyer you probably need to very specific with sellers when you bid on multiple items that they not only are agreeable to wait until you have finished bidding but understand the adjustments they need to do IF they are using the automated system.
