Refund Rip Off
I sold a 11 x 11 hand knotted wool rug it was used had a couple worn areas you could see in pictures buyer paid 56.00 usps rug was to heavy I had to pay 200.00 ups I took low offer listed it for 900.00 took offer of 600.00 buyer gave me negitive false feedback buyer said I was not shipping item like I said i would item shipped on time ebay removed false feedback then the buyer said they want refund listing said no returns it was pre-owned not new still a big beautiful heavy rug I asked buyer for pictures of damaged rug , damaged on shipping container rips tears dents , a picture of shipping label on package , all original documents twice i asked for this i purchased insurance from ups if they wou.d give me those pictures I could of claim rug then ebay sided with buyer refunded them and charged me again for shipping 200.00 before I received rug so I do not have rug i have been charged 400.00 for shipping i never received rug back I never received tracking number my checking acct is ruined how can they do this
