REFUND FOR FAULTY PART
Hello,
I buy the follow Part that was included 1 year warranty and finally was not good it was faulty Part!!
I contact with the seller with many messages and finally he agree to send the faulty Part that we buy from him back and that he was going to make me Refund Total Amount for Order included shipping cost!!
He receive the Part but he told me that he can't make me the Refund in e-bay and ask me to give him my PayPal Account to make me the Refund that he make it Today but he make as only the Refund for the Part 401,90 euro not the Total Amount: 608.57 EURO of the Order that i Pay him in the ebay.
I ask from the seller to make me the balance but he do not answer me!!
Let me know what to do?

It's the holidays - give him more time to respond, then press him again.

It seems you're past any eBay Money Back Guarantee timeline on this for eBay to intervene.
It's good your seller even took it back and refunded anything.
What is the difference in cost between what you paid and what the seller refunded - is it all original shipping costs or something else? Where did it ship from to you in Cyprus and who paid the return shipping?

Unfortunately eBay won't get involved in warranty issues like this, you will need to work it out with the seller.
If he did say, and the warranty says, that they will cover shipping costs then keep pressing him about that, maybe it's a honest mistake.
He was right they couldn't refund in eBay, the order is too old to do that, so at least they took steps to refund you the cost of the part initially.
