Refund buyer not available
Since the beginning of the year, there is no longer a refund option on the orders drop down menu. Everything else seems to be there, such as to purchase a label, print, contact buyer, etc., but the refund link is missing and I cannot find any other way to do it.

·3 years agoIt's there now and has been there forever. I use it (refund) all the time.
There are 14 things you can do on orders that are 'awaiting shipping' and 14 things on recent orders and 14 things on 2 month old orders..
What are you seeing?

·3 years agoAre you using the app or the website, and did you scroll down the list of actions? Sometimes you need to scroll because the list is longer than what initially appears @vintagechicandmerry. I have no trouble accessing Send Refund from the actions drop down on the Orders page.
