Receiving Offers But Unable To Respond

I'm receiving offers, being notified of offers through both email and notification button. When I click on waiting offers, the page is blank.

I have a huge pile of unpaid sales over the past couple of days, as well. Something is definitely very broken with the site. People are not able to pay for their items, I'm assuming. OR, they're not being notified that I accepted the offers.

Guys, Gals... EBAY ... come on. When is the going to end? We have bills to pay. We have overhead. This is nuts.

Any difference if you use a different browser to open the email or message link?
