QR Today 10/20/25 USPS Unable to Scan QR Code Labels

I prepared multiple packages for shipment using labels generated through my eBay shipping account. When I took them to the post office only about half scanned successfully. The rest returned as â€œunknownâ€ when the clerk attempted to scan the QR codes.

Please advise the next step so that the labels can be fixed or voided and replaced without further charge.
