Purchases with duplicate charges
I have a problem. I bought three items from different sellers and paid for them all at once. For some reason, only two items were charged to my account. The bank held the money for the third item. eBay started charging for all three items every four to six hours, and there's no way to contact them. I really don't want to buy anything else. Any suggestions or advice?
