Purchased defective laptop that does not show-up in my purchase history
I contacted the seller. Seller refuses to take responsibility for defective product. I have my eBay receipt.
I need to talk to a real live person at eBay to get help with this seller.

·2 years agoNot sure how it could NOT be in your purchase history unless it's been over 60 days (ebay has 30 day MBG) but you can 'change' the timeline of purchases up to 2 years- but sellers do NOT have to refund if 30 days past delivery....or you purchased as a 'guest' or under another name?
