PSA Add On not being offered on my listings

I have tried everything including making sure my seller settings allow for “not immediate payment” but when I post ungraded cards over $250 even though they get tagged to be sent through authentication they are NOT getting the optional PSA Grading option for the buyer to choose.
I have a buyer that wants this but I can’t get any resolution from eBay. When I look at listings it’s 50/50 if the listings have the option or not.
There is no way to add it when you check out and it has to be chosen either from the clickable option on the listing or when you add to car a pop up will occur.
Anyone else run into this and find a work around? I tried doing new listings and such to no luck.

Your buyer can add it during checkout.

OP5 months agoNo they can’t. I tried myself.
So there are listings that have the option and it shows up on the listing. And then there are many that should but don’t.
when I called and chatted with eBay they confirmed it made no sense what I was seeing and it is being worked as a bug. But I’m hoping this is a known issue since I see it widespread when I look at auctions.
you can see it “not” work by adding item to your cart and see the option pop up then on some but not others even though they meet the criteria of being over $250 etc.
