Promoted Listings Advanced Bug maybe

Under unknown circumstances Promoted Listings Advanced does not work for some listings. I had a drop to zero impressions on some listings even when overbidding the suggested cost per click.

Additionally after deleting a Promoted Listings Advanced campaign the same listing is still displayed as advertised when I want to add them to a new Promoted Listings Advanced campaign and others are not displayed as advertised.

A new Promoted Listings Advanced campaign does not resolve the issue. The listing does not get any impressions independent of how high I set my bidding.
