Promoted Listing Eligible Glitch
So I have an automated promoted listings rule, and for about a week now, both on the app and the desktop site, it shows my listings as eligible to be promoted. But when I click on them, they’re already promoted. All new listings are showing this way, and it’s not going away.
Is anyone else having this issue?

·8 months agoIve expirenced the same thing. It asks me to promote the listing in app, but on desktop its already been added to my rule based campaign. I think there may be a way the ebay.com app and the ebay.ca desktop version communicate. Ive found them to fall off after a few days on the app. One has stayed about a week but some have disappeared. Ultimately they are still being promoted even if they are already added to a rule based promo on the desktop. Im wonderinh if there may be a delay in processing, or possible reindexing waiting period that has to happen before it falls off of the app. The key is its still being promoted and that is what Ultimately matters. I always go with what the desktop displays when it comes to policies as a rule before the app. Anyway I wish you lots of sales and good luck for 2026

·8 months agoI have this same issue and it’s gotten worse. I think I’m up to about 150 items it says I can promote but are already included in my automated campaign.
