"Product Research" on the website; search results not showing solds | Report eBay Technical Issues

Will attempt to research a product using the broadest terms on the website (via my laptop). The results will automatically show active listings, as if there are no solds. I'll deliberately select the Solds options and this message will appear: " No sold results found for "XXX ". Sometimes the search is as broad as an author name. However, when the same search terms are attempted on the app through Product Research, results for sold items will appear without issue. This has been happening for several weeks
