Product listings continue to show "out of stock" even though quantity has been added | Report eBay Technical Issues

We have 12 product listings that continue to show "out of stock" on the eBay site, even though we have added quantity to the listings, and the quantity shows up on the seller dashboard. So for example, one listing shows 30 quantity on my end, but when the listing is viewed, it still shows "out of stock" and can't be purchased. I've tried revising and editing and clearing cookies/history, and tried different browsers. Nothing works. I've also reported this to eBay on Dec. 2nd and they have still not resolved it. Here are a few of the listing item numbers that we're having trouble with:163661986305 (this has 30 qty showing on my "active listings" screen, yet shows "out of stock" on eBay)151320633819 (this has 10 qty showing on my "active listings" screen, yet shows "out of stock" on eBay)153478047508 (this has 60 qty showing on my "active listings" screen, yet shows "out of stock" on eBay) There are 9 others too. I don't want to just create new listings because these are long-standing products that we've been selling for years and they have sales history and reviews that is important to maintain.
