Problem with promotions - when relisting or sell similar of an item, I finish listing and no promote
This has been happening for awhile (I'd say definitely over 6 months, probably over a year) where when I go to relist or do "sell similar" of an ended item, the choice to promote it at a certain percentage doesn't "stick" so to speak.
I promote all my listings at the same rate and yet inevitably whenever I relist or do sell similar on a bunch of listings, even though I don't change the promotion amount or whether it's turned on or not, I find out later that promotion has randomly been turned off on random listings.
Another related bug that happens much less frequently - I've also had a listing go to the default recommended percentage even though I never choose that amount. However this happens rarely enough that I fully admit that it's possible that I turned on promotions for a listing and just managed to forget to change the percentage.
