PROBLEM WITH EBAY's RETURN PAGE ON WEBSITE
I'm trying to return an item with a free return policy from the seller.I designated the item and filled in the details of why I'm returning the item.As I scroll down the page it asks for photo's I do not have a digital camera.Below that is a prompt to confirm return.It is light blue in color and says confirm return,when I click on it NOTHING HAPPENS,so I cannot go any further on my return

OP2 years agoI do not have a digital camera or smart phone for a picture but I can return the item,untouched in the same package that it came in.Furthermore,I ordered same came from another seller "for parts only" like yours and it came with all its parts.You did not mention that yours was missing parts

OP2 years agoIn addition your photo of the camera looked like the front sliding door/lens cover was just in the opened position.The bottom line is that you failed to comment in the description even though it was for "parts only" that it was missing parts,perhaps the most important the front cover which turns the camera on ! I just want to return it for a refund,that's all.I can print a return label
