Please, Make the Personalization Option Mandatory for the Customer!!!
We sell personalized tumblers and from time to time customers forget to provide custom text for products.
We send several messages to buyers, but looks like they don't read emails from eBay.
We are forced to cancel orders. So, we lost money and got a rating decrease. It disappointed.

Sorry but the responders in this forum are eBay members like yourself and can’t do anything to change what your asking.
All you can do is message your buyers asking for the information you require to complete the transaction.
