Photos Upload But Appear As Pastel Colored Boxes
I'm on a Windows PC and all photos for every listing I try to create upload as pastel-colored boxes. I've tried uploading the original jpgs, same problem. Bring them into PhotoShop, save them as pngs or jpgs, same problem.
I know what I'm doing regarding graphics, as I'm a website creator. Have sold items on ebay for years (seasonal), and have never had a problem like this before.
Can't find this particular issue when I search here, although others have mentioned issues with photos in general. I don't use the mobile app and don't want to install it on my phone; my work is done on a PC.
