Photo Won't Upload to eBay / Spinning Blue Circle Workaround 12-13-22
Photos were not uploading for my auctions, today. I would just get the spinning Blue Circle, and that's it. I noticed that another user posted in the forum that he had this problem, and he got around it by shooting new photos. I was trying to upload photos I had edited, so I tried uploading a photo I hadn't edited and it worked fine! I noticed that the photos that wouldn't upload would go straight to the spinning circle, while the ones that did upload would first show a ghost of the photo, then the full image when it was uploaded. This reminded me of a problem I was having years ago when I saved images from my editor (Micrografx Picture Publisher 10 Pro). Thumbnail images wouldn't display on my edited images unless I saved the image TWICE. Just for the Hell of it, I loaded one of the images that wouldn't upload into PP10PRO and saved it twice, to see if that would have any effect. When I tried to upload that image to eBay, it worked as it should! **SO** For images that get the Blue Circle of Death uploading to eBay, try saving them twice (Save the image, then save it again) and see if that helps. So far, it's working for me!
