Photo Upload in new listing not working
Until yesterday, I could add photos to a new listing from my mobile phone without any issue. Now, nothing happens when I click on Add photos to a new listing I am creating. What's the problem?

·2 days agoI am using a desktop (microsoft). Pictures stopped uploading today around 11am. Been trying over the last hour but no change. used different browsers and cleaned out cache. Even tried on a different ID. Nothing worked. helpdesk were aware of the issue but not sure they were in a position to say when it may be fixed. I am a business seller and this is giving me a severe headache

·6 days agoI've run into the same problem this afternoon. Everything was working fine up until late this afternoon, early evening, and now I can't get the pics to load no mattter what I've tried. Using i16 mobile phone.

OP1 week agoI ended up Uninstalling eBay on my phone and Reinstalled it from the Play Store. It's working!! Thanks for your comments and help.

·1 week agoTry uploading direct on the ebay website. If it works there, then the app is bugged. Delete and reinstall the app helps.

·1 week agoIt helps to identify whether you are using the Apple or the Android app.
They are not the same and fail differently
