Perspective Buyers Complaining To Me - Second Chance Offer Link Not Working
Unbelieveable!
I have been sending out "second chance offers" to perspective buyers for the past 4 months, but these "perspective buyers" tell me that when they go to click on the link to purchase the item, nothing happens.
They are clicking on a "dead" link.
And in some cases when it does actually open, it opens to a black page.
I've called ebay on the phone and alerted them to the situation but have been met with deaf ears. AS USUAL.
ANYONE ELSE?

OP1 year agoThe only way that I was able to make any SCO sales was for THEM to message me.
The only problem with the link not working on their end is, that I have no idea in exactly how many people were actually interested in purchasing the SCO but were not willing to put in the extra effort in doing so and just gave up.
I'm thinking that most people that don't want to persue it will also NOT take the time in letting ebay know of the broken link problem.

Were you able to sell them the item using a direct message link or new/revised listing?
