PayPal is currently experiencing technical difficulties that make it so eBay can't connect to their API to process payments - when that happens, eBay removes it as a payment option temporarily until the issue is fixed.
You'll need to use an alternate payment method for now or wait for the PayPal issue to be resolved.

·3 years agoI just spoke to a support agent. Apparently, they are aware of an issue with Paypal not showing as a payment option and they are working on it.
