Past 90 Days and items not delivered
I really need help with this. I keep getting pushed in circles in the automated help and there is nothing i can do to check on my item. The seller cant do anything and the item is constantly stuck in tracking. who can help me on this

·1 month agoThere was an estimated delivery date in the listing where you made that purchase.
If the item did not arrive before, on or within a few days, you had 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay.
If you did not do that, most cards or payment sources give you more time to file a dispute with them.
ALL buyers need to read the Money Back Guarantee, preferably before making a purchase.

Contact your payment source.

·1 month agoHave you tried a missing mail claim with the Post Office, you can do it on-line.

·1 month agoYou should have made a claim for item not received before 30 days were up.
After 90 days it is clearly lost in the post.
