"Paid - Ship Now" on Item Already Shipped
Both the eBay app and the eBay home page notifications are telling me that I need to ship an item that I've already shipped, which other parts of eBay also knows as I don't have any pending tasks, I don't have any items awaiting shipment, and this item appears under my Paid and Shipped list. I know that it's just another glitch, but it's also rather annoying.

OP1 year agoI found it weird that after about 30 hours, the "New for You: Paid - Ship Now" notice had still not gone away, although last evening I did as suggested by @wastingtime101 above. Just now, as I was mousing over the site, I dragged over the top corner of the page and saw that under "notifications" was another reminder to ship the item. What I hadn't noticed before was the small "x" that I could click to close the notification; when I did that the reminder on the eBay home page also disappeared. While the notification is now gone, I've never had to do this previously.

Sometimes this stuff is a system lag. Annoying, but generally clears up pretty quick.
Click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page to file a tech report.

OP1 year agoIt's been about two hours and I see that the notification is still there. I'm sure it'll go away eventually, but this may be the longest period that I've waited for the reminder to go away.
