Paid for a Shipping Label, Can't Print, Getting "Technical Issues" Message

As the title says, I paid for a shipping label and when I wen't to print it it just says technical issues try again later. I've tried multiple web browsers and the ebay app, all the same. Issue must be on Ebay's end. They took my money and they payment shows up in the account, but no label. Waiting on an actual agent to call me back...

The issue seems to have resolved. I was able to print the shipping label about 20 minutes ago.

Curious what the wait time estimated for the call is? When I had them call me about 40 minutes ago, it was 4 minutes..
