Page freezes

Since the launch of E bay live my tracking page has froze up on all items . Have tried A I remedies ,they don’t work.Customer service has written 2 tickets that I should have a response to within 72 hours,NO RESPONSE, LATEST I SEE MY ITEM LISTED AS SOLD.I cannot get customers info or a label with information. Page freezes up.CUSTOMER SERVICE has seen issue.They can’t explain. They will write ticket.. NO Response…
This makes me look bad as a seller not responding when I’m not able to get information. And no one seems to be able to help. Do I have to switch to Amazon? I have wasted over 6 hours yesterday alone ,.this has been going on over 4 months.
