Packing Slip Prints Incorrect Shipping Charges and Order Total (eBay International Shipping)

I am reporting what appears to be a reproducible technical issue with eBay packing slips for ordeer 16-14884-45734.
I recently sold an item through eBay International Shipping. The Order Details page correctly shows:
Item price: $276.25
Buyer paid shipping: $6.99
Buyer order total: $283.24
However, when I printed the packing slip directly from eBay, it incorrectly printed:
Shipping: $536.05
Order Total: $812.30
These amounts do not match the buyer's payment or any of my shipping costs. My shipping label cost was $26.06, so the printed values appear to be a software error on the packing slip only.
Fortunately, I reviewed the packing slip before shipping and did not include it in the package, as it would have confused my buyer.
I have photographs of both:
the Order Details page showing the correct amounts, and
the printed packing slip showing the incorrect amounts.
I also attempted to contact eBay Support to report this issue. I requested multiple callbacks, but the callback system was unable to reach either my mobile phone or a separate verified working landline, so I am reporting it here instead.
Could an eBay moderator please forward this to the technical team for investigation? I would be happy to provide additional information if needed.

·3 weeks agoThe shipping charge on the packing slip is the total shipping paid by the buyer, not what the seller received.
Customs requires the total shipping charge be shown on the invoice, in most countries.
Everything is working as intended.

Actually, I just looked at the Original Listing and some of those Countries under eIS DO exceed $500.00 in Shipping. Where exactly was the Buyer from?

·3 weeks ago@cardiomanager2012 Not really an error. Packing Slips for my eBay International Shipping Orders contain Total Costs for the Buyer, not just my Domestic side. Order Receipts are the opposite.

·3 weeks agoIt might cost you $26.06 to ship to the hub, but thats not what it's going to cost the buyer to have it shipped overseas.

OP3 weeks agoBuyer only paid $6.99. Just wanted to inform ebay what the packaging ship showed because I have sold many international shipments and have never seen this before.

·3 weeks agoThe $6.99 is what Ebay charged the buyer to ship it to the hub.
They don't show you what they charge the buyer to ship from the hub to them.
