I have had multiple instances recently of a buyer or seller contacting me via the messages feature, and them simply not receiving my responses. I won't get any kind of error messages telling me that the message is failing to send, and it says they are being delivered in the message thread. However, the other user I'm messaging will respond as though I am ignoring them, which tells me that the only logical explanation is that they aren't getting the messages. Can anyone explain why this might be happening and who I can talk to in order to get it resolved? Thank you
