Orders not archiving
Currently, I have 51 orders in Paid & Shipped. I have tried to archive them and they remain in Paid & Shipped.
When I use the Archive feature, the website says they have been archived, but they remain in Paid & Shipped.
Never had this issue before!

·3 years agoHapppened to me a while ago. I think the fix was archive one at a time. those that didnt archive, I went to my eBay sold page and deleted them there. For me what I do remember was if was a multiple item order, (one buyer bought lots of items from me) that the ebay system didnt like. Hope that helps.
