Hello
i bought m5-8 aor2 apck from a seller to $590
and my nepal trekking canceled suddenly .
It's been 5 months since then.but I never have used this pack and inspected .
Few day ago I inspected the pack for my trekking and I know at that time there is no
inspection tags inside the pack.
That's when I found out there must be something wrong.
It was fake one. so I mailed the seller to explain and for return because it's not matter of item's condition or period but a matter of credit in the internet market.
A similar pack just looks like same with this made inChina are selling to $30 in the website of Taiwan.
He refused any responsbility of it.
He claimed it's authentic. there is no inspection tag because of it's military productions.
Is this claim reasonable?
Is there anyone who helps me?

If you received something that is not as described you have 30 days from date of delivery to open a return through Money Back guarantee return.It seems you waited too long so eBay can’t help you.
PayPal and credit cards give you 180 days to file a chargeback that time may have passed also.
Sorry.
When you order something online it’s never a good idea to wait months to inspect it.

·2 years agoIf you used PayPal to pay, or a credit card, then you can try opening a dispute with them. PayPal allows up to 180 days, and so do some credit cards.
